Read before booking

City Garden Guest House is open to accept special requests by guests. For these, it is necessary to contact our staff making a reservation.

Check-in time

From 15:00 to 24:00

Check-out time

Up to 11:00

Cancellation / Prepayement

The reservation can be cancelled for free up to 15 days before arrival.

In case of cancellation after 14 days prior to arrival, the equivalent of the first night will be taken as penalty fee.

In case of non-show, the entire amount of booking will be retained

Children and extra beds

Children are always welcome.
Despite this, the hotel rooms cannot have additional beds.
We have only 2 exceptions:
– 1 double room of the property has provided with an additional 3rd single bed.
– The quadruple room is equipped with 1 cradle in fixed mode.
A further movable cradle is available for guests who have newborns with them (option valid for all rooms inside the property).

Pets

Pets  are always welcome and allowed on request.
No surcharge or extra fee is expected.

Guest House fares

The published rates do not include the breakfast service which can be purchased separately for € 10.00 per person per day.
The City Tax of Olbia Town is not included in the rate and is applicable to all adult guests for an of € 2.50 per day per person. (tax not payable for more than 7 consecutive days).

American Express, Visa, Euro MasterCard, JCB, Maestro, CartaSì, UnionPay, Bancomat
City Garden Guest House accepts these credit cards and reserves the right to temporarily withhold an amount prior to your arrival.

To know before arrival

Early/late check in or check out can be requested directly to our staff and subject to the availability of the booked room.

Guests are kindly requested to inform City Garden Guest House Staff in advance of their estimated time of arrival. It is possible to communicate this information by contacting the property using the contact details provided in the booking confirmation and also on this website.

Upon check-in, guests must show a valid photo ID and a credit card. Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
