Outdoors Spaces
• City Garden has a furnished and equipped garden.
• The garden is the only area of the facility dedicated to smoking (all interior spaces are strictly NON-SMOKING).
Breakfast Service
• City Garden is not a B&B but a higher-category property (guesthouse), which is not required to offer breakfast. However, due to our business decisions, we have decided to offer this service to our guests. By law, breakfast cannot be included in the cost of the overnight stay but can be purchased separately for €10.00 per person per day. Reservations must be made by 7:00 PM the evening before.
• Breakfast can be enjoyed in the dedicated breakfast room; we advise our guests not to take any buffet items outside of the breakfast room.
• All rooms are equipped with a mini fridge containing complimentary bottles of water.
• The breakfast room has a dedicated corner for guests with gluten or lactose intolerances.
Wellness Services
• Upon request of customers and with a discounted rate a massotherapy / physiotherapy service is available in the rooms upon prior reservation at the reception.
• City Garden informs all guests that, beach umbrellas are available free of charge. Please apply to Reception desk to have one.
Accessibility Service for people with reduced mobility
• City Garden has 1 double room dedicated and available for guests with reduced mobility (it means easy access to room, bathroom with sink, toilet and shower dedicated).
Animals at the property
• Animals following our customers are always welcome, free of charge.

Internet
• The WI-FI network of City Garden is free of charge and available in any area of the property.

Parking Area
• As mentioned in our presentation and in the services, we offer, we do not have private internal parking for either cars or motorcycles. Just outside the entrance to our property, there are plenty of free parking spaces in a quiet and secure area, where we have 24-hour video surveillance.
• Being located 900 meters outside the historic center, we have no traffic or parking restrictions (a problem faced by 99% of properties located within the historic center).
General Amenities
• All rooms are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning.
• All rooms are equipped with a 32-inch flat-screen TV.
• All bathrooms include complimentary toiletries (slippers, shower gel). Toothbrush and toothpaste sets are available upon request at reception.
• All bathrooms have a shower stall (except for the room for guests with reduced mobility, which has a curtain).
• The entire interior of the property is strictly NON-SMOKING.
• A crib is available upon request free of charge for guests with small children 0-2 years age.
• The quadruple room is designed specifically for families and includes a fixed crib.
• The property is equipped with a room and dedicated equipment to allow guests with reduced mobility to move freely.

Other Services
• Regional law on guest house properties requires cleaning and linen changes once a week. City Garden has decided to provide these services at its own expense every three or four nights of your stay, depending on the length of your stay.
• Linen changes and cleaning services can be provided even daily upon request and for an additional fee.
• Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request and subject to room availability.
• City Garden provides directions and organization, for a fee and upon prior request, of shuttle services to the airport and any other destination. For information on prices and availability, please contact the front desk.
• The property offers free luggage storage.
• The property provides free email, copy, and print services.
• City Garden has partnered with car rental companies, offering the option of signing a contract, paying for, and delivering and picking up the vehicle directly at the property. Contact the front desk for further information.
• City Garden has partnered with external companies for dinghy rentals and boat excursions.
