Please read and follow some small rules to follow for a better cohabitation and a nice stay.
INSIDE THE BUILDING SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED.
It is allowed only in the garden and in any case not near doors and windows.
OPENING HOURS AND MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION
- The reception is open from 8:30 PM to 11:00 PM during the winter season and from 9:00 PM to midnight during the summer season. Our company numbers are available 24/7 for any assistance.
- Accesses to the facility is permitted only to those who have provided identification at reception. Unidentified guests are not permitted to enter.
- Breakfast is available from 7:00 AM to 10.30 AM for guests who have purchased it (purchase by 7:00 PM the day before).
- Room cleaning and linen change are performed every 3/4 nights, depending on the lenght of stay (Regional Law 27/89 requires this to be done once a week).
- Check-out is by 12:00 PM.
- Upon final departure, keys must be returned to the designated key box.
- Any damage to furnishings, fixtures, and accessories will be charged within 48 hours of checkout, following an inspection.
- For safety and decor reasons, eating lunch or dinner in the rooms is prohibited, and cooking is strictly prohibited.
- Help us reduce energy waste: please remember to turn off air conditioning and lights every time you live your room.
- Silence is well appreciated! Loud noise, shouting, and noises, including those generated by telephones, TVs, PCs, tablets or radios at excessive volumes, which could disturb other guests and the property staff, are prohibite.
- We respect the environment: if your stay extends beyond 2 days, please separate your garbage and dispose of it in the designated containers in the garden. Staff will provide you with further details if you have any questions.
- Please be respectful of the bathroom: if you must dispose of anything, please do so in the designated garbage containers, not in the drains.
- Free fiber optic Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
