From 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM<\/p>\n
Upon check-in, guests must present a valid photo ID and a credit card, if one was not provided during the booking process.<\/p>\n
Unlike most hotels and accommodations, we offer our guests late check-out until 12:00 PM.<\/p>\n
For guests who book directly with us, reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.<\/p>\n
In the event of cancellation 30 days prior to arrival, the equivalent of the first night’s stay will be retained. Guests who book through other intermediary agencies do not receive cancellation benefits.<\/p>\n
In the event of a no-show, the full amount agreed upon at the time of booking will be retained.<\/p>\n
Children of all ages are always welcome.<\/p>\n
However, no extra beds are available in the hotel rooms.<\/p>\n
We have only two exceptions:<\/p>\n
\u2013 Two double rooms in the entire hotel have a third extra bed, mandatory for all guests aged 3 and up.<\/p>\n
\u2013 The quadruple room is equipped with one fixed crib.<\/p>\n
Portable cribs are available for guests with infants aged 0 to 2 years (this option is valid for all rooms in the hotel).<\/p>\n
Free! Pets are allowed upon request. There is no extra charge. We ask guests to notify us in advance if they are bringing pets. Pets are strictly not allowed on the beds.<\/p>\n
The published rates do not include breakfast, which can be purchased separately for \u20ac10.00 per person per day.<\/p>\n
The Olbia City Tourist Tax is not included in the rate and is applicable to all adult guests at a rate of \u20ac2.50 per person per day (not payable for more than 7 consecutive days).<\/p>\n
Most major credit cards are accepted at the property.<\/p>\n
Early\/late check-ins and check-outs may be requested directly from the staff and are subject to room availability.<\/p>\n
Guests are kindly requested to inform City Garden Guest House staff of their expected arrival time in advance. This information can be provided by contacting the property using the contact details provided in the booking confirmation and on this website.<\/p>\n
